How long it takes

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then take 5 to 11 days to reach you. Most arrive around day seven.

Where it ships from

We don't hold stock. Your pair ships direct from the workshop that makes it, in China. That's the honest trade for two pairs at $39 rather than $60: a slower parcel, a fairer price. We'd rather tell you that here than have you find out from a tracking number.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel moves, usually within three days of ordering. Tracking can sit still for a few days mid-journey. That's normal and doesn't mean it's lost.

If it hasn't arrived

Email us on day 15 and we'll either resend it or refund you. Your choice, no evidence required. We won't ask you to wait a month.

Wrong address

Check yours at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend once at no cost.
